Eddie Lee Wilson

He was born March 19, 1952, in Baxley, Georgia.

As a young man growing up in a modest Chicago family, Eddie L. Wilson knew he had to rely on his own abilities to get ahead.

He graduated from Deceibo High School in Chicago, Illinois and later attended CTC College in Central Texas.

He served in the US Army and the reserves then worked as an overseas contractor for 8 years.

Eddie was preceded in death by parents, siblings, Grace Bill, Bobby Bill, and Tommy Howard.

Left to cherish his memory is his wife, Gloria Wilson, children, Steven Lee, Eddie Wilson, Jr., Juaquaetta Wilson, Tyrine Wilson, Marshaun Wilson, and Tyrone Wilson; siblings, Earl Wilson, Linda Turner Howard, Frank Wilson, Ralph Howard and Jerry Howard and host of grandchildren.

Graveside services with military honors are scheduled at 2 pm Friday, January 31,2025 at the Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery in Killeen, Texas.
