Charlie Mae Monger

Charlie Mae Monger passed away on November 13, 2011 in Killeen, Texas surrounded by her loving family. She was born on September 25, 1936 in Memphis, Tennessee to the late Charlie Jackson and Mary (Abston) Jackson.

Charlie Mae was the loving wife of Otis Monger. She was blessed to have six beautiful children. Charlie Edwards of Memphis, TN, Anthony Otis Monger of Killeen, TX, Chandra Germaine Monger Horn (Willie) of Corsicana, TX, Elvira Denise Monger of Killeen, TX and Linzetta Lawrence-Goodman (Harold) of Memphis, TN and Patricia Edwards Clark who precedes her mother in death.

She also leaves to share her memories four sisters-in-law; one brother-in-law; thirteen grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.

The Monger family will receive guest for a time of visitation on Friday November 18, 2011 at 10:00 A.M. in the Chapel of Crawford-Bowers Funeral Home of Killeen. Funeral services will follow at 11:00 A.M. Charlie Mae will be laid to rest in the Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery at 12:00 P.M. on Friday November 18, 2011
