A great husband, father, and a good friend to all.
Carlos lived a good life that he enjoyed being with
his family, especially his grandchildren.
Carlos had a long career in the U.S. Air Force, which
he served for over 20 years. Shortly after, he joined the
Travis County Sheriff's Office and served for 12 Years.
Throughout his brief life he was a firm believer of
education and law enforcement. He wanted all his
children and grandchildren to succeed in life.
He is survived by his loving wife, his 5 children, and his 13 grandchildren.
