Our beloved Peter was born in Kenora, Ontario. He lived his teenage years in Salt Springs, BC. And finally made his way back to Kenora, to reconnect with his family. Peter was a very special soul who was very caring and always made sure his children came first. Peter was a very humble man with a huge heart. He was always telling jokes, teasing and making people laugh, he had such a hilarious sense of humor. Peter cherished every moment spent with his children and friends he met, whether it was through social media or working at local restaurants. Pete's passion for cooking was one of his many talents, but he recently found a new passion and that was working for the Kenora District Catholic School Board - he treasured every minute while working at the school. He touched the lives of so many and will always be remembered and missed for his infectious laugh and his warm and loving smile. Peter loved listening to music especially Gun’s & Roses, playing Fortnite and watching his favorite hockey team the Vancouver Canucks.
The Family of Pete wishes to thank everyone for their heartfelt condolences, support and love that they have shown through this very difficult time. Special thanks to the Kenora Emergency Services Personnel, Kenora OPP, Naotkamegwanning First Nation, Brown Funeral Home & Cremation Centre (Cory), the Kavanaugh, Courchene, Cadieux and Morrison Families and longtime special friends Don Morrison (Pete's gym Buddy), Josh Tom and Joelle Roy.
