Jake was born on March 13, 2025 to Kane Smith and Janelle Ashopenace, joining siblings Heath, Ezekiel, Kallen And Alena. Despite his short time on earth he was deeply loved and spent his last moments in the arms of his parents.
Jake will be forever remembered and loved by his parents, siblings and many relatives too numerous to mention.
