Fred was born in1931 he lived in Timmins where he raised his family and worked in the gold mines in Timmins. He had a love of the outdoors. We have many good memories of camping and fishing with family and friends (Lise and Noel). Fred moved to Kenora in 2008. Fred had spent his time dog sitting, having coffee with the neighbours, and fishing with his grandsons. He had great sense of humor and was quick to tell a joke. Dad always had a smile to share with others and was a proud grandfather and loved his family dearly...
We would like to thank the second floor staff the Lake of the Woods District Hospital and Dr. Workman for their professionalism and compassion. In Dad’s words he said, “They are the best.”
