Wanelle Johnston went home to Heaven on April 19, 2024. She was born to Clyde & Lucille Davis on March 20, 1940 in Marietta GA. She lived her entire life in Acworth GA. She worked at Kennesaw Drug Co. and then for Cobb EMC. She had her son Tim in 1963. She met Johnny Mac Johnston in 1980, and they were married for 29 wonderful years. He was the love of her life! He has been waiting on her in Heaven for 13 years. Her life's joy was caring for others. She had a large family that she cherished, and was active always in her church, playing piano was her talent. She is survived by son Tim McPherson, granddaughter Tabitha (Mother, Sarah Jane), brother Jerry Davis (Abbie), nieces Malena (Todd) and Deanna. Step children Johnny B (Renee), David, Cindy (Thomas), and Janet who is with her in Heaven (Michael). Also numerous wonderful grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren!
