Veronica “Ve” Miller, 60 of Kennesaw, Georgia passed away unexpectedly on January 7, 2023. She was born on February 13, 1962 in Dublin, Ireland. She is the daughter to the late Mr. Desmond Butler and Aileen O’Brien Butler.
Veronica was a faithful member of Transfiguration Catholic Church and lived Gods words daily in her service to others. She is the matriarch of the family, thought of everyone else first. She loved to cook, entertain and watch real Football and as she would say “American Football”. She ran the Boston Marathon and prided herself on health and fitness. She had a special way of making everyone she came in contact with feel important and included in her family. She had a pure love for caring and fostering dogs and was known at Golden Retriever Rescue of Atlanta.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by two nephews, Jack Butler and Ryan Miller.
Veronica is survived by her husband Kevvin Miller of 28 years; daughter, Lacey Miller; brother, Larry Butler; sister, Brenda Butler; nieces, Brianne, Meghan, Molly, Ava Betty, Casey and Kristen; nephews, Kyle and Scott; Aunts, Doreen and Yvonne; cousins, Kathleen and Kim.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, January 11, 2023 from 6:30 PM until 9:00 PM. The funeral service will be held on Thursday, January 12, 2023 at Transfiguration Catholic church at 4:00 PM with a visitation one hour prior. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Transfiguration Catholic Church, Marietta Georgia or Golden Retriever Rescue of Atlanta.
