Malisa, William, Mary, Dennis, Steve and all those who had the privilege to have had Tim in there lives. You are all sad but you shouldn't be Tim is with our Lord probably knocking the Angels out of the way who were preparing the mansions for us. You all knew how Tim was, he would nearly knock you out of the way because he could do it faster.
Malisa, William; Your Dad was so proud of the two of you. He knew you loved him through it all no matter what. Malisa; He alwa ys spoke of how smart and pretty you are and how he couldn't wait to see you. Mary and Dennis the last time I saw Tim he spoke of how much he loved the two of you how you had never given up on him. You all must know that he loves you all and is pacing back and forth waiting to see you all. Because I loved Tim I find myself loving the ones he loved. YOu all take care. I never noticed how many red prism's there was in this place but since Tim passed I see them every day. Buddy I think of you often and smile. I miss you!

Tim, God has a really great Angel. I worked with you for three years and you are a really good person. You and your son use to come to my house to do plumbing repairs and you will be truly missed. I am still shock to hear this news. I remember you always being proud of your kids tellin me about their grades. and well they are doing. you will be truly missed Tim

To the entire Lechner family, We send our truly heartfelt condlences. Although its been many years since I've seen any of you except Jerry, I will never forget the growing years and the great times we had. Tim was always a joker and prankster wanting to hang with the big guys. From what I've read and been told he grew up to be quite a big guy himself. God rest his soul.

Dear Tim,    The shock of you really being gone is harder than ever. I feel so empty and lost. I needed you as much as you needed me. I'll miss you forever.

Timothy, you always ended each conversation with saying, I love you brother.  In meeting and hearing from your co-workers past and most recent and from your friends these past few days, I'm asking myself, did you know?  Did you know how much you were loved and the inspiration you made on people on your life? May the Lord keep you in the palm of His hands.   I miss you and love your brother.

Daddy I wish you didn't leave me so early , I still really need you. There was so much I wanted you to see and do with me. But I know you're looking down I love you so much see you again someday <3 malisa

Though time and distance have separated us all from our real "home", the building blocks of who we are can always be traced back to that big brick house on Backcreek Road, and those who grew up there. Knowing Tim and his family has made us all better people and for that we thank you.

Tim these last few days without you around have been miserable. Our house just isnt the same without you here.I miss you bro.

To my brother Tim, the guy that never wanted to quit working.  I talked to you Thursday night and you never sounded better. I'm so proud of the battles you fought and won. Your my hero! Your strength is an inspiration. I,ll miss you always but we will all be together again in a much better place

To my brother Timothy, whom I loved more than anyone in the world:  I will forever treasure all of the good times that we had together.  The long talks lasting until sun rise, the many concerts, Lazy Acres  and the list goes on and on.   My tattoo, "Brothers are Forever" means even more to me now, than the day when we both got them.  I will hold you in my heart forever.  When ever I hear that song or see that thing.. I will be reminded of you.  You were the best part of my life.   God how I miss so.  May the four strong winds blow you safely home again.

Sharon and I are deeply saddened by Tim's passing. We have no adequate words that can express the love and concern we had for Tim. We are encouraged though by the loving thoughtful words written in this Memorial for him by his family and friends! We will miss Tim deeply! We are so thankful for the two beautiful Grandchildren that Tim gave us. William and Malisa are really special! We pray the Lord's perfect peace over his family and friends!

Tim was the kind of guy that would do anything for anyone. We loved him dearly . He was a caring man with a heart of gold and I was blessed to have him as my brother in law.

Tim was always my favorite Uncle. I will always remember hay rides, riding in the Jeep, fishing, muddin', going to the movies and hockey games, and just hanging out at his house all through my teen years. I still have the cabbage patch doll he gave me when I was little. He always came over to help me out when I needed a handy man :p and I was always there to lend an ear and offer advise. We shared a lot of memories and I wll miss him always. I love you Uncle Tim! xoxox

Mary,Dennis you gave of yourselves to make Tims life better,now hes at peace with other loved ones.you show love to so many,to help their lives be better.I cant even imagine the pain you feel,and Lisa.Tims kids will have to learn the part of him you two saw .I just Love you both,there should be more people like you.God has blessed Tim to take him to a better place. Tim is my youngest brother whom I loved from the moment mom and dad brought him home from the hospital. My heart is aching but I am happy he is free from all the stress and pain of  this life on earth. He has left a hole in my heart that will never be filled.  I love you Tim.

To the Lechner Family, I am very sorry for your loss. I grew up with Tim, and still enjoy all the memories of Rainbow Lake. It was a great time we had, and, Tim will always be remembered, as a great friend, a great son, and a great father. We will always remember Tim, and forever hold the great times we shared.....

I was glad when I last contacted Tim that he was ready to talk. My wife Teresa and I had a wonderful meal with him at the Oyster King. Which he insisted on paying for, that was Tim, generous, kind, hard working, loyal. He could never let you tell him how much you apprieciated him without him saying " ah gosh you've done so much for me".
Tim and I were great friends from the moment I met him when he interviewed  for the job at CDC. 
When I was injured in 1999 when a MARTA bus hit me I was out for 5 weeks and should have been out for 5 more but because Tim helped me I was able to work. When my gas line broke I called Tim for help and he and his son William showed up to help.
That is what he should be rememberd for; loving , kind, generous didn't have a mean bone in his body. There are many that owe him gratitude but I guess he  swapped them for a pure white robe when he arrived in heaven.
