Timothy L. Kerr

He was a Special Investigator after retiring from the United States Coast Guard with 20 years of honorable service. He is preceded in death by his father, Marvin Duel Kerr; and his mother, Berma Lea Murphee; brothers, Mickey and Stephen Kerr.

He is survived by his children, Joshua Kerr, Chelsea Richmond and her husband, Aaron Richmond, US Army Retired, Paige Alise Kerr, Ross Quinlan Kerr; grandchild, Kendall Cinalli Richmond; siblings, Donnie and Brenda Kerr, Judy Kerr, Jeff and Cathy Kerr as well as several other extended family members.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday Sept. 23 at 11:30 AM at Georgia National Cemetery, 1080 Veterans Memorial Blvd, Canton, GA, with The Rev. Dr. Trace Haythorn officiating. The Seventh Coast Guard District will provide Military Honors.

The family will receive friends between the hours of 6 until 8 PM Sunday at the funeral home.
