I think we all will miss Tom as he was one of the few who was greatly respected at his job and for his work ethics, for those who did not have the opportunity to work with Tom, really missed out. Tom was the type of person who would take time to explain to those who would listen. Tom was a very special man and well respected. Farewell Tom, you will be remembered and I'm sure plenty of stories will follow with the "good ole days"

I will also miss his funeral as I'm out of town, I will miss Tom at the C-Ville lunches.

Erma, Leslie and Stacey,

I want to apologize for not being able to make it down there for the funeral.  I enjoyed the time I was able to spend with you and uncle Tom last year. 

Our hearts ache for each of you and we're sorry for your loss.  When the Lord calls our loved ones home, He leaves a gift of memories in exchange.

Tom was a strong man whose kindness will never be forgotten. I will always remember how caring and helpful he has been to me in the years since I lost Bill and also to your other friends who lost husbands.  What a compassionate man!!  

He was such a good and caring father and husband that you have wonderful memories to help you through the rough times ahead.

Tom touched ALOT of lives over the years.  One of them was mine and I am so thankful to have known such an amazing man.  He was so smart it was scary, but he lacked a little in the joke-telling department and how to end a conversation....most of the time people would just hear a click in their ear or see his backside walking off while they were still talking. He was so funny! I know he is in a better place now...I look forward to the day when we get to see him again.
