Regina Lynn Johnson

Regina Lynn Johnson, age 62 passed away on Sunday, July 23, 2023. Regina was born in Marietta, Georgia. Regina was a 1979 graduate of North Cobb High and was retired from Home Healthcare as a Project Manager. Retirement gave Regina more time to spend with the grandchildren, which was her biggest passion. She also was an advocate for the homeless as well as a staunch supporter of the Relay for Life Cancer Campaign that supported survivors, which she was. Regina loved spending time catching up with friends, either in person or through phone conversations, and playing pogo games. If you had the honor of being a friend of Regina you was assured you had a friend for life.

Regina is survived by her husband, Eric Clair Johnson; her son Matthew Charles Downer (Jessica); and her daughter SaBrina Roxanne Woodall (Jason); her sisters Tina Bessette Hawkins (Eddie) and Oneita Rose Holbert (Rickey); her grandchildren Ethan, Jackson, Kallen, and Nicolas. Regina was preceded in death by her parents Edward Thomas & Pauline Bessette.

A visitation for Regina will be held Thursday, July 27, 2023 from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm at Winkenhofer Pine Ridge Funeral. Following the visitation will be a celebration of life memorial service at 2:00 pm.
