Ralph Quinn Richardson Jr.

May 8th, 1942 Miami, FL - March 28, 2020 Dallas, GA

Son of Ralph Q. Richardson Sr. (with whom he shared a birthday) and Hazel Eloise Richardson. Brother to Melisa Richardson, Uncle to Theresa Fowler and Sonny Fowler, Beloved husband to Mary Arthur Richardson, and completely awesome Dad to Susan Rodgers and Patricia Reeder. A well-loved father-in-law to Howard Rodgers and Scott Reeder, Ian Reeder and John Rodgers.

Ralph was proud of his service in the U.S. Army and At Force Reserves. Ralph retired from Bell South after 30 years of service where he was a lineman.

Anyone who knew Ralph, loved his wit, charm, great smile, and incredible hugs. As a second father to many of his children's friends, Ralph had a huge capacity to love. His personality was as big as his appetite for good southern cooking. His favorite pastimes were talking on the phone to those he loved and having a good chat with total strangers. A bit of a flirt, he never hesitated to brighten a ladies' day by complimenting them. In his earlier years, Ralph loved fishing of all kinds and working with is hands. He could fix anything, and often did for others who could not. Smiling until the very end, Ralph is now with the Lord and all his family and friends who have gone on before him. He even wore his tuxedo for the occasion.
