Mr. Phillip Edward Kennedy age 57, of Douglasville, GA., passed away May 26, 2010. Funeral services will be held Saturday May 29, 2010 at 11 am from the Chapel of Winkenhofer Pine Ridge Funeral Home with Rev. Tim Constien officiating. Burial will follow in the Crest Lawn Cemetery Atlanta, GA.

Mr. Kennedy was a native of Atlanta, GA., he was in the food retail business for 41, yrs and with Kroger Inc., for 22, yrs. before retiring.

Wife, Audrey A. Kennedy, Douglasville, GA.

Son , Blake and wife Christy Kennedy, Dallas, GA.

Daughter, Kimberly and husband Jason Dameron, Douglasville, GA.

Sisters, Judy and husband Novis Powers, Decatur, GA.

Phyllis and husband Fred Chastain, Fayetteville, GA.

Grandchildren, Jaden Dameron and Carleigh Dameron
