Mrs. Peggy Guthrie, age 75, of Kennesaw, passed away April 7, 2014 after a two year battle with cancer.
She was a member of Acworth United Methodist Church and her husband, children and grandchildren are grateful for her strong Christian life.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday April 9 at 3 PM at Acworth United Methodist Church, 4340 Collins Circle, Acworth, GA 30101, with remains placed instate at 2 PM. Rev. James Gwin, Rev Linda Birchall and Rev. Jim Aiken will officiate.
Interment will follow at Pine Ridge Memorial Park.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to, the food pantry at Acworth United Methodist Church, 4340 Collins Circle, Acworth, GA 30101.
