The Bentwater pool will never be the same without Paul! Doug and I spent many hot afternoons in the pool talking to Paul about all sorts of stuff. Can't remember much other than you guys lived a short time in the same part of Florida I'm from.  We always gravitated to Paul because we just knew he was full of fun and he never disappointed.  He will be greatly missed. We always told him he looked like a young Jackie Gleason and he never seemed to tire of hearing that. Always a smile on his face and we will all miss that.  May God bless you all and please let us know if you need anything.  Your family is in our thoughts and prayers.

It was with a heavy heart that we received the news of Paul passing.  Kevin and I started to reminisce with each other about the man we were lucky to have in our life as a once neighbor and forever friend.  We remember a guy completely laid back, with a smile on his face, and a cold one in his hand!  He was always willing to help in anyway, and had stories that would always call for a good laugh. I was in total shock when Evelyn called me on Sunday morning to tell me that Paul had died.  I tried to think of who was Paul as he was too young and full of life.  So I started to call the family and it was very hard but a labor of love for my nieces and nephews that I feel that are my family. Cheryl, Michelle, Joe, Uncle Kenny and all my Sipe cousins and families,   When I think of Paul, I still see those wet tennis shoes riding on his bumper from our rafting afternoon @ the Sipe - Blairsville Reunion.

Just watched the video tribute to Paul...Wow what a beautiful tribute to Paul and his family. I'm glad to have called Paul a friend. Some great memories of Paul and I playing golf together. I recall Paul standing with us in the rain in the garage of a home that was still vacant inviting us into the community. My name is Treva Cox. I work with American Airlines in the Reclamation Area. Paul and I had been working together for years trying to help save AA $$, and we became good friends along the way.
He was always happy and remained positive even though we both really just wanted to jump up and down and scream alot of times!
