Mary Alice Stone

Mary Alice Stone, 72, of Marietta, passed away Monday, September 30, 2013. Funeral service will be held, Saturday October 5, 1pm at Winkenhofer Pine Ridge Funeral Home in Kennesaw. Burial will follow at Pine Ridge Memorial Park. The family will receive friends on Saturday from 11am until service time.

A native of Savannah, Mrs. Stone was the Owner of Princess House Products, a home décor company. She was the driving force in Georgia that led to the State of Georgia to create a division for Princess Products. Mrs. Stone loved life and lived it to its fullest up until her health would not allow it. She had most recently been living in Savannah with her sister, Delores.

Those who survive Mary are her children: sons – Thomas L. Stone, Jr. of Savannah, Michael A. Stone of Marietta, daughter – Vicki Stone of Kennesaw; brother – Gaylord R. Pearson of FL.; sisters – Carol J. Morris of Savannah and Dolores M. Barthelmess of Savannah; 6 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.

Her husband – Thomas L. Stone, Sr., daughter – Mary Elizabeth Stone, brother – Melvin Pearson and sister – Jewel Lopez, preceded Mrs. Stone in death.
