Katie Jean O’Miller, age 34, passed away on October 14, 2018. Katie was born on December 17, 1983 to David and Karyn O’Miller in Powder Springs, Georgia.

Katie enjoyed to spend her time in the water swimming, boating and also liked to go horseback riding. Above all, Katie loved to spend time with her family and quality time with her nieces and nephews. She was always very loving, caring and had a kind heart.

She is preceded in death by her brother, David O’Miller. She is survived by her parents, Karyn and David O’Miller; sisters, Christy (Bruce) Brown and Shannon (David) Futch; nephews, Carter Brown, Boston Brown, Caleb Futch, Logan Futch and Christian Botts; and niece, Emery Futch.

A funeral Service to honor Katie will be held on Thursday, October 18, 2018 at one o’clock in the evening at Winkenhofer Pine Ridge Funeral Home (2950 Cobb Parkway, Kennesaw, GA 3052). The family will receive friends for visitation on Wednesday, October 17, 2018 from five to eight in the evening at the same location.
