Preceded in death by his father and mother (Mr. and Mrs. James Robertson Ritchie Jr.), wife (Susan Ritchie), brother (Mickey) and uncle (Tom Origlio). Survived by aunt (Laverne Origlio), brothers (Dale and Bill), children (James IV, Robert, Andrew, and Amy), 11 grandchildren and one great grandchild.
A Funeral Mass for James will be held Thursday, September 19, 2024 at 10:30 AM at St Catherine of Siena, 1618 Ben King Rd NW, Kennesaw, Georgia 30144. Following the Funeral Mass will be a Committal Service with military honors at 1:30 PM at Georgia National Cemetery, 1080 Scott Hudgens Drive, Canton, Georgia 30194.
