Mr. Osborne was born on July 7, 1963, the son of Philomena Elizabeth Osborne and the late Gordon Theron Osborne. Jimmy had been employed with Cryolife before declining health. He was preceded in death by his father, Gordon Theron Osborne on February 1, 1998.
Survivors include his beloved mother, Mrs. Philomena E. Osborne. His sisters; Sharon Smith of Cartersville, Ga. and Particia Carter. One brother, Roger Eugene "Gene" Osborne. His girlfriend of 20 years, Madonna Wireman. Nephews, Timothy Owens, Tyler Owens, R.J. Smith, Dylan Carter, Evan Carter, Matthew Carter. Nieces, Lauren Carter. One great-niece, Natalie.
Private memorial services for Jimmy will be held at a later date and announced by the family.
