Mr. James Doyle Moss, 89, of Acworth, died Thursday, May 19, 2016. Funeral is Saturday, 2pm at Winkenhofer Pine Ridge Funeral Home in Kennesaw with Pastor Dan Guider officiating. Burial will follow at Pineridge Memorial Park. The family will receive friends beginning at 12pm on Saturday.
Mr. Moss was known by most as Doyle and was a member of Iron Hill Baptist Church in Acworth where he served as a Deacon. He was a retired Master Flight line Mechanic with Republic Airlines. A Navy Veteran, Doyle served our country honorably and while in the Navy, he developed a passion for photography. His working career also included being a milkman, electrician and all around Mr. Fixer.
Survivors include his wife – Bobbie Ware Moss of Acworth, son – James Anthony Moss of Rydal, stepson – Steve Edwards, stepdaughters – Kathy Swanson & Nikki Ware, and several grandchildren.
