Born in Asheboro, NC. Mr. Hinshaw was a 1971 graduate of Eastern Randolph High School. He was employed with Lowes in Woodstock, Georgia, where he enjoyed the friendship of many of his coworkers. He had a big heart and was always ready to lend a helping hand. He was also known for his patience, his sense of humor, and the jokes he shared. Franklin enjoyed hunting and was an avid reader of science fiction.
