This is the last picture I took of Frank. It was on Chase’s birthday. Frank, Christian, and I  went to Dawsonville and rode the side by side and 4 wheeler. I am in shock…just found this out about Frank and him passing. I grew up with Frank on the racetrack as my dad was best friends with his dad. Frank is now happy in heaven with his dad and son. My biggest condolences to the family.

Frank Ingram a true HERO!!
Frank was one of a kind. There isn't one person who could say Frank did them wrong. He was kind and fair to everyone. I admired his way of reacting in a manner which was calm and respectful and with class. 
I can't count the times the new wrecker driver or someone hanging out in the pits would tell me they didn't know if Frank liked them. Frank, at times, wasn't a man of too many words. I would always respond with "that's just Frank, you will understand him in time". When he spoke, he did so in a way that got your attention because he had something to say. It wasn't just words coming out. 
He was so forgiving and gave second chances. I don't know of him staying angry with anyone for very long. And he was that way always. I witnessed him in every aspect of his life and he was the same great person be it at home, work, the race track, with strangers or his friends. He was true to himself and the wonderful person he was. 
He touched so many lives and his presence here will be missed tremendously. I question if us closest to him really grasp how our lives are now completely changed in his absence. But we will feel it every day. So many times Frank would have the answer and the know how when something seemed impossible. He was everything good in life. To have shared my life with him for the time i was given, I am forever thankful. There is an emptiness without him that can only be replaced with the memories he gave us. There is a brightness he brought with him that is now missing. 
There is nothing that compares to being loved by Frank Ingram , for it is with all of himself that he loved.

Frank, I know you are loving on Chase, Lora, and your dad, but you will always be loved and remembered. I will see you again one day. ❤️

I will never forget how BIG of a crush I had on you for so many years, ever pair of socks I owned said I LOVE FRANK INGRAM FOREVER!! I will never forget the 1st time you called and ask me out on a date, of course it was to the racetrack Memorial Day weekend 1992, and I was 14 years old and you was 17 and we had to talk my mom into letting me go on my very 1st date with you, since she wasn't going to let me start dating until I turned 15.  Needless to say with that sweet smile and them pretty blue eyes of yours, you talked her into it. I will always remember YOU! You were my first LOVE, You have ALWAYS had a special place in my heart. I have always Loved You and always will! ❤️ Thanks for always being my friend for the past 30 something years! ❤️❤️❤️

I will forever remember the last time I saw Frank!!! He gave me forgiveness for a very dumb thing that I did as a kid!!! It was something I didn’t remember doing but he did!! And I will forever be grateful for his forgiveness!! You will be missed!!! I love you!!! Until we meet again!!

In our younger years me, Frank, Lora & Sheila were insuperable we did everything together from making mud pies in the red Georgia clay to hiding in the trunk of uncle Bill car to sneak in to Dixie Speedway and everything in between. We ran around barefooted with dirt from head to toe at Bills race car shop and uncle Doddy’s house where Ingrams towing shop is now. I wish we hadn’t lost touch as we got older, because we still got along great and talked a lot when we saw each other and if you know Frank he wasn’t much of a talker unless he liked you. He was a great guy and had a heart of gold. Him, Lora and aunt Glo made our lives so much fun when we were kids and I’m so lucky to still have them in my heart and life. Frank you will be missed and will alway be loved. Give everyone in heaven a hug for all of us here. Until we meet again.

Frank I laid you to rest yesterday and it was so hard I think you would be proud of the service everyone did a great on the stories about you. You was my rock and I was so proud of you everyone that knew you knew you was so sincere. I think you would be proud of how people have stood up for you and was in the Tow Truck procession they came from everywhere just for you. You are so loved, I will miss your smile and the talks we use to have. I will always wait on you to come in my office and tell me Diesel’s here. LOVE YOU, MOM

With my deepest sympathy to Frank’s family.  Frank will be missed not only by my family, but so many other friends and fans. I know my son David thought of Frank as the father he never had. Frank took David to south Georgia one time and they went scuba diving at the springs and David couldn’t stop talking about how much fun they had. 
That’s how Frank was. He wanted everyone  to have the best time no matter what!

I’m gonna miss you so much. You always knew the right thing to say. You always cared so much for everyone around you. You have given me some of the best advice I could ever ask for. I know that your reunited with Chase who you missed so much and one day we will all be together again. I have so many favorite memories with you. But sitting on your back porch just talking to you will always be my favorite thing we have ever done. I love you always.

We were devastated hearing the news about Frank. He was a good guy and he will be missed. A lot of good memories at Dixie and at the shop. Frank was a very good to Jim. Our thoughts and prayers are with the whole family.

Frank was the last car out to qualify at the lucas oil race at Cleveland in 2010...he was driving the #24 of Buster Goss that night.

I was watching an old DVD the other night of the lucas oil race at Cleveland.
Frank was the last car out to qualify driving the #24 car of Buster Goss. It was something I had forgotten about. I remember going to Talladega short track for the first time and seeing Frank win the ice bowl and also seeing him spin and hit the wall while leading a Southern all star race at Dixie and winning the same race.

I remember back in December 
I was scrolling threw websites to make a Christmas list for my mom 
I was 15 at the time, I gotten into elvis presley that 2022 year, while scrolling 
I saw a figure, 68 comeback figure of elvis in his black suit, my favorite era when the king came back in the rock n roll scene 
Frank didn't know what to get me for Christmas & I jokingly sent this million dollar figure that cost more then collage 
Saying if I can remember clearly "get me this"
Note it was a joke 
Days go by
Christmas happens 
the next day after Christmas 
Momma was at the shop helping out I believe, I didn't go I wasent really feeling it.
She then came home with a box labeled "for gabby" my Christmas present from Frank.
My momma said I'll cry when I open it
I was confused & finally opened it when my mom started recording 
Then it hit me
There it was, my 68 comeback elvis figure I wanted ever since I saw it on a website 
My heart dropped & I started crying
It sits in my office now next to the camrea Christian gave me Along with my CDs & vinyls 
To end this off I leave a quote by elvis himself

Well definitely cherish the memories we've all shared

I remember going to the shop alot to mess with Frank, Claude and Dallas. I looked up to Frank and Bill. I take comfort in knowing that Frank accepted Jesus as his Lord and Savior,  and knowing that he's in Heaven with Jesus, Bill,Lori and Chase. Frank has taught me that no matter how hard things get,  or how hard the struggle is...never to give up. I've witnessed first hand for over 35 years of knowing the Ingram family, that there is light at the end of the tunnel.  To keep pushing through and pull yourself up no matter the circumstances. Frank did just that and Gloria is a living example.  Cautions may fly on the track,  but victory lane is just one more lap away! Frank turned his life onto victory lane on and off the track. Thank you for your example Frank and Gloria...you both are speaking a message to others without even knowing it. For that I thank you! Fly high Frank. We are all pulling the chains for you now...rest easy my friend.  I'll be seeing you again and this time you won't beat me in a game of pool Bubba...lol

I miss the days of racing and traveling with friends on the race team.. Many happy memories. Friends for years with the family and we have had many wonderful times together.  You will be truly missed. Your beautiful smile and blue eyes. Rest easy Frank. Forever in our hearts.

Frank & I never had a negative moment. Always positive & working towards a faster race car or to have fun. He & I worked on his race cars together along with other friends & it was always fun & a learning experience. He was a born winner & leader.  Bill was my hero & role model & Frank was someone I looked up to & respected.  Racing made a lot of people that aren't blood family.  All the memories of Bill,Lora,Frank & Gloria Ingram live in my heart until death. I am here for the family if needed,don't hesitate to call me . Love you all forever!

I got to know Frank and Bill when I was working for the AJC and writing about racing. I knew Bill better but after he died Frank called me and we talked about his dad and about the memorial race. I shared some of my thoughts and we had several really good conversations. They meant a lot to me then and even more now. I was happy to see him run so well at Bristol on the dirt recently. My prayers are with Gloria and the rest of his family. That great lady has endured some great losses. RIP Frank

Gosh so many memories, when I became a part of the Ingram family 25 or so years ago. I watched this 20 something kid become a fantastic race car driver to becoming a Dad. Working with him at the wrecker service he would sometimes drive me crazy. But I wouldn’t trade the memories for anything. Frank became a respected businessman and racer. But most of all Frank was a loving and caring son and one hell of a Dad. I know he is at peace with his son,Dad and sister. Here he will be missed by so many but none more than his Mom. Forever in our hearts!

We loved following your racing adventures all over the states . So many amazing memories. Frank and the F9 will forever be cherished and loved and remembered . Rest easy Frank I love you .

Mr Frank was a great man, one of the best tow truck ops I ever met, and was always willing to lend a hand. He leaves a huge hole in the tow ops family and his community. We'll drag your chains from here, Frank.

So many memories and laughs you were my eye candy .  Blue eyes has his daddy and your daddy has you. It's not fair for those that loved you down here but they needed you more up there.i love you Frank you will truly be missed by all. Terry
