I miss hearing your voice and always have to yell at you and nana to get off the phone every Saturday morning. I know that you are keeping an eye on all of us and i know someday we will be reunited.  Time goes by slower now that you're not hear and everyday i wish i could go back into time and change everything. There hasn't been a day when I haven't thought about you and all the memorable memories we've had.As i reminisce on the days we spent together it makes me truly realizes how much i miss you and how you were the best aunt anyone could ask for.Whenever I start feeling sad, because I miss you, I remind myself how lucky I am to have someone so special to miss.

It was very hard for me to accept the death of my lovely, wonderfull and beautiful sister "Fani". I don`t know what to say. Fana was a honest and humble sister. I will always remember your kind words and the good times we shared. I am heartbroken by the loss of such a wonderful and beutiful sister.  You were truly the best aunt anyone could ever ask for. I remember when I was a little kid you were always the one to fix my hair and paint my nails. I remember all the toys you would buy me and how you always told me to strive in school and make my parents proud. Fana was the best aunt, daughter, mother and wife anyone could ask for. I remeber like it was just yesterday when we were sitting in the basement watching movies till we fell asleep. Your smile always brought joy to the room, and you always knew the right words to say. Even though Fana is not here with us anymore we know she is in a better place watching over us.

I was striken in shock when I learned the demise of my beloved sister,Fana,to whom I have great memories since our childhood days.You had an exemplary personality throughout your lifetime.I'm bereaved of a sister to whom I've a special place in my heart.You'll be missed forever.May the blessings of God be with the family in bearing up the pains of such a great loss.

I meet Fana when we where very young kids in Gonder. We use to play in the neighberhood. After such long time i just saw her in May 21, 2011 and briefly we spent such a great time. I'm happy i have a memory of her last glimps and will cherish that forever. She was such a beutifull women with full of life and great memories.
My prayers to the family in these difficult days and may her soul rest in peace.

Fana and I attended the same high school in Gonder, Ethiopia.  I didn't know her well but, I remember she was quite, well-behaved, likable and beautiful.  That was well over twenty years ago and I haven't seen her since.  I just learned of her passing on my way home from work.  Very sad!  I feel as though I've just lost a close friend.  My heart goes out to her family and loved ones.  May you find comfort in God's promises.

Fana was such a kind & loving person. We met in Feb 2001 at Bellsouth & instantly became very close friends. We shared a lot of personal issues together. We were there for each other- through the good times & bad. I'll forever cherish the times we shared. It's sooooo hard to accept that she's gone; it still feels like a bad dream- but we will keep judging God as faithful b/cos He knows all things. I know that one day we will meet in heaven to part no more. My thoughts and prayers are with you: Rezene, Matthew, & Mimi in your time of grief. It was hard for me to express myself but I was compelled to say something about my dear Friend. We worked together at ATT for a short time. When she came back to in Janurary of this year. I assisted with her training. We worked and laugh together daily. She always talked about her Family. How she loved her husband and kids. One of my fun memeories, was a conversation about her son-Mathrew. She had started back to work and the kids did not want working. Mathrew and his sister came up with a plain. Mathrew call the home phone from inside of the home acting like her Boss. Mathrew went on to say. He Fana this is your Boss. You are fired and don't need to come to work any more. Thank-you and have a nice day. From day on, we call Mathrew the Boss Man. My last time talking with her was just before she went back out on benefits. She came to my office and we were discussing some personal issues that I was currently going through. I had express my dispostion about the issue and she was leaving the office. She came back and stated to Stephon we should all ways Prayer-God whatever is Your Will Let It Be not ours, But Yours. Thank-you for being My FRIEND in CHRIST JESUS

I am so sad to hear Fana is gone.  She was truly a beautiful and wonderful person.  I pray for comfort for the entire family.  May God Blessings be upon her family.
