Eva J. Lewis, age 79, of Woodstock, Georgia passed away on Thursday, March 23, 2023. Eva was a loving and devoted wife to her husband Alton for 47 years, she was a loving mother, grandmother, sister and friend. Eva was a great cook, she enjoyed trips to the beach, reading, and spending time with her family. She was a member of Cornerstone Community Church in Woodstock, and was strong in her faith. Eva will be loved and missed by all that knew her.
Eva is survived by her daughter, Michelle Miniutti and her husband David; step son, Robert Lewis; brothers, Danny Johnson (Sonja) and Randy Johnson (Sharon); granddaughters, Kaitlin Miniutti, Hannah Miniutti; step granddaughters, Brooke Sassaman, Katie Lewis; step grandson, Derek Lewis.
Eva was preceded in death by her husband Alton F. Lewis; parents, Gordon Johnson and Mary (Leon) Johnson; sister, Geneva Stanley and step son, Edwin Lewis.
A visitation for Eva will be held Monday, March 27, 2023 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at Winkenhofer Pine Ridge Funeral Home. Funeral service will follow visitation at 1:00 PM. Burial will be Monday, at Pine Ridge Memorial Park Kennesaw, Georgia 31052.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Eva's memory may be made to Cornerstone Community Church, 4206 N. Arnold Mill Road, Woodstock, Georgia 30188.
