A warm and compassionate woman, she had a heart full of love, and she was always willing to help anyone who in need. She never met a stranger, and extended her hand in friendship to all she met.

She had a strong faith in God and this was present in all aspects of her life. Diana stayed very involved in her church and enjoyed many close relationships with fellow church members. Throughout her life, she enjoyed singing and was also a member of her choir at Burnt Hickory Baptist Church.
