Some days are easier than others but every day is hard. I think of you every day. I miss your voice, your laugh, your green eyes. I hope you're at peace and know how much you're missed. Missing all of you always.  Revelation 21:1-4 

What is grief if not love preserving?  I think about you everyday, all day, missing you. 

You signed up for the one mile run so you’d be able to watch me run the 5k. I wish you could’ve been there with me today. It’s not fair that you’re not here. I wish you were still here every single day. I love you Cody. Always thinking about you, a piece of my heart went with you. Until I see you again 🤍 

We miss and love you very much. 
Our babies are growing and I wish you were here to see how big they are. 

I miss your green eyes, and your laugh. I miss hearing your voice and the warmth of your hugs. I miss you every day. Always thinking of you. 

Ryder always says he misses you all the time and he talks about you often. I wish you were here to watch our babies grow. I wish you could have overcame your demons.

Today we celebrated Ryder & Rowan’s Birthday’s. I wish you could’ve been here with us. We all miss you so much. They got cake & icing everywhere. They got so many gifts. Watching their sweet little faces light up to each gift they received. That was my favorite part. I see so much of you in them. I love you cody.

I have a few memories with Cody that are quite memorable. The best one I thinks worth sharing is when he chose to give his life to Jesus. That may sound crazy because he unfortunately fought demands after that day. But I will never forget that day because he whispered to me "what do I do; never done this before" I said keep your head down, eyes closed and, raise your hand and  he did just that  I suppose because when prayer was done he was speaking to someone privately and when he came back he was emotional so I know he did it he gave his life to God and got  saved in 2012.  I wasn't going to write anything because it's been quite some time 9 years since we probably talked other than a casual hi when seeing each other out however this weighed on my heart and I felt I need to share so whoever may have questioned can know. I am not trying to get religious here but if you don't know God today maybe the day to get to know him. My deepest condolences go out to his family.

Cody you where such a good man . He had such a great personality you helped me so much when my husband died and for that I will always carry your memory with me. I have known Cody since the 2nd grade, I cannot say that we kept in touch throughout our adult years. But he was always kind to me when I did see him. I use to have after school with him and Chris at Oak Grove I believe!

Cody was like another son to me when he and my son Eric used to hang out when they were younger. I've always thought Cody was a kind and respectful young man. You can truly see the love he had for his babies.. he will be missed.  Prayers for all that is affected by this  loss. 🙏 💔

Cody you and Darla gave me two precious great-grandchildren Ryder Thomas and Rowan Lynn I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart .❤️ They are so much loved .You spent special time with your children whenever you could they loved you more than you could ever know. You were always  kind and considerate to my family and we loved you for that.

I had the privilege of working with Cody. He had a philosophical mind, a caring spirit and so much life in his body. Cody felt so many things deeply. One of those things was the love for his children. Cody left a mark on this world and was known and loved by many. I pray for all the hearts of those that loved him and that his children will grow to know the love he had for them.
