Cheryl Lin McKeon

Cheryl Lin McKeon of Marietta GA, loving daughter, sister, aunt, mother, grandmother and friend passed away Wednesday, November 1, 2017. Cheryl was born April 27, 1957 in Tuscaloosa, Alabama to parents Hugh and Bernadette McKeon. She graduated from Sprayberry High School in 1975 then received a bachelor's degree from Indiana University in 1980. Cheryl was a co-owner of Balloons by Bernadette for 36 years. She was a servant to the Lord who had a special place in her heart for the homeless. She spent much time loving and caring for the homeless population in the community. She is preceded in death by her brother, Bart McKeon. She is survived by her parents, Bernadette and Hugh McKeon; sister Joanne Moss and husband Paul; brother Dennis McKeon, his wife Laurie and their three children Katie, Lauren, and Michael; son Jason Warnock, his wife Fernanda and their children Olivia, Noah and Nicholas; daughter Bernadette Henson, her husband Preston and their children Dylan Abel and Skyann. The wake will be Sunday, November 12th from 3 to 6 p.m. at Winkenhofer Pine Ridge Funeral Home in Kennesaw Ga. 770-422-7299. The funeral mass and cremation burial will be Monday, November 13th at 10 a.m. at St Joseph's Catholic Church in Marietta Ga 770-422-5633.
