Carl was a devoted husband for 64 years. He was a loving father, grandfather and great-grandfather. Carl loved his family, loved all kind of animals, and helping others. He enjoyed gardening, the outdoors, and camping. Carl was a Nascar, Braves and Trump fan. He was also a true christian, Carl was owner and operator of Gooch Movers for over forty years.
Carl is survived by his wife, Frances; sons, Dennis (Nikki) and Eric (Laurie); daughter, Sherry (Rick); grandchildren, Krista (Bryson), Abby, Justin; and two great-grandchildren, Colton and Easton Cantrell.
He was preceded in death by his parents, brothers and sisters.
A Visitation for Carl will be held Sunday, September 25, 2022 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Winkenhofer Pine Ridge Funeral Home, 2950 North Cobb Pkwy, Kennesaw, Georgia 30152. A Funeral Service will occur Monday, September 26, 2022 at 1:00 PM at Winkenhofer Pine Ridge Funeral Home.
