During her life, Bonnie worked with the Rockland County health department. Though, when she was not working, she spent her time surrounded by laughter and love. Bonnie loved a glass a merlot with her girlfriends, playing card games and bowling. She was talented in crochet, painting, and other arts and crafts. Her family often finding various bundles of yarn stealing space to be made into beautiful blanket
arrangements and scarves.
Bonnie is preceded in death by her husband of 53 years, Thomas Silk. Parents Edward and Annabelle
Brennan.
She is survived by her daughter, Ginger Vislocky (Matt). Son Thomas Silk (Andrea). Grandchildren Kelly,
Patrick, Bryan, Dylan, Gracie, and Braeden.
Bonnie’s final resting place will be Georgia National Cemetery. Her wish was to be placed in tandem with
her husband.
A celebration of life will be held for Bonnie at a later date.
In lieu of flowers the family has asked that donations be made to the Dementia Society of America in
honor of Bonnie
