Mrs. Aubree Anne Thompson, age 36, of Kennesaw, GA., passed away on Tuesday, February 20, 2018. Aubree was born on February 10, 1982 in Orange, California, a beautiful daughter to Robert and Rita Reeves.
Aubree moved to Cobb County with her family during her junior year of high school and began attending McEachern High School. Following her high school graduation Aubree would go on to marry the love of her life, Jeremy Thompson, on September 29, 2007. The two later had twins, Parker and Ella, who both quickly became the center of their world. Prior to the birth of the twins, Aubree worked as a Bank Teller and eventually became Head Teller; however, after having her babies she took the best job in the world as being a full time Mommy. Aubree’s zest for life and giving heart was evident the minute you met her. She was always the ‘life of the party’ and had a sense of humor that kept everyone laughing. Though her laughter, kindness, humor, and outgoing personality were huge parts of her character, what truly defined Aubree was what an incredible wife and mother she was. Nothing came before Jeremy, Parker, and Ella, and she spent her days dedicating all she had to them. Aubree was a wonderful daughter, wife, mother, sister, granddaughter, daughter-in-law, aunt, and friend; she will be more than missed by all who knew and loved her.
Along with her parents, Aubree is survived by her husband Jeremy David Thompson; two children, Parker Foy Thompson and Ella Anne Thompson; paternal grandparents, Robert J. (Kay) Reeves and Anne Reeves; three siblings, Rob (Heather) Reeves III of Dallas, GA., Taylor Lea (Wade) Gay of Dallas, GA., and Cody Michael (Brooklyn Strain Reeves) Reeves of Douglasville, GA.; In-laws, Glen (Betty) Thompson and Gini (Alan) Ormand; and several nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends also survive.
A funeral service to honor the life of Aubree Thompson will be held at nine-thirty in the morning on Saturday, February 24, 2018 in the Chapel of Winkenhofer Pine Ridge Funeral Home with Mike Crownin officiating. Entombment will follow in the Kennesaw Memorial Park of Marietta, GA.
A visitation with the family will take place from five o’clock in the afternoon until eight on Friday, February 23, 2018 at Winkenhofer Pine Ridge Funeral Home.
The following gentlemen have been requested to serve as pallbearers, Rob Reeves, Cody Reeves, Wade Gay, Billy McElroy, Dakota Reeves, and Robby Reeves.
In lieu of customary remembrances the family has requested donations made to a memorial fund in honor of Aubree to benefit her two children, Parker and Ella. The memorial fund has been established through, Go Fund Me, gf.me/u/gxsb3g. Memorial contributions can also be left at Winkenhofer Pine Ridge Funeral Home, to be given directly to Jeremy Thompson.
