Angela Meredith White

Angela was a devoted wife to Sidney W. White for almost 35 years and beloved mother to Mike Lummus (Tammy), Russell Lummus (Rhonda), Eddie Lummus (Debbie) and Michelle Lummus Rath (Tom), beloved step mother to Jill White Cordoni (Don). Her grandchildren were a great joy to her and included Brandon Jones , (Kimberly) and Madison Lummus Strickland , (Cody) (parents Russell and Rhonda), Alexis Lummus , (Fiance, Wilson Harding) and Parker Lummus, (parents Eddie and Debbie), Thomas Rath, , Nicholas Rath, Addison Rath, (parents Michelle and Tom), Sophia, Nicholas, Carolyn, (parents Jill and Don). Great-grand daughter, Payton,(parents Brandon and Kimberly)

She was the daughter of Kenneth I. Wood and Nina Cartledge Wood, sister to Elaine Wood.

Angela held many jobs over the years but most recently co-owned a trucking company with her husband, Sidney. She spent 15 years driving with Sidney across the 48 states and Canada. The last 8 years she spent managing the bookkeeping and business.

She was baptized in 2005 as one of Jehovah's Witnesses and spent many years serving in the door to door preaching work spreading the good news of God's Kingdom (Mathhew 24:14). She was most passionate about volunteering to teach others about God's word (Matthew 28:19). She was a member of the Hall Station Congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses in Adairsville, GA. and a worldwide brotherhood of Jehovah's Witnesses. She had so many wonderful, loving friends and will be missed by all until they are reunited again. John 5:28, 29.

She always loved animals of all kinds including her dogs but her greatest pastime was tending to her horses. She was a self-taught horticulturalist loving flowers, plants and gardening. She was also an avid reader all her life.

In lieu of flowers, voluntary donations of any amount may be made to "Congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses" to further the ministry and building of Kingdom Halls in hundreds of countries across the world.
