Mr. Andy Morris, 93, of Acworth, passed away, Thursday, April 26, 2012. Funeral service will be held Saturday, 11 am at Winkenhofer Pine Ridge Funeral Home in Kennesaw. Burial will follow at Liberty Hill Cemetery in Acworth.
Born in Jasper, Mr. Morris was a long time resident of Acworth and had worked at Coats and Clarks for 39 years. He was of the Baptist faith and a member of Shady Grove Baptist Church.
Those who survive are his Son, Sammy Morris, Daughter, Brenda Hunt, Brother, Jeff Morris, 9 Grandchildren, 16 Great Grandchildren and 1 Great Great Grandchild.
The Family will receive Friends Friday from 5pm until 9pm at the Funeral Home. In lieu of Flowers donations may be made to the Scottish Rite Children’s Hospital.
