SLAZAK, Martha (nee Kaempf) July 20, 2018 of Cheektowaga, NY. Daughter of the late Walter and Mary Kaempf. Mother of Elizabeth and Emily Slazak. Sister of Mary Pat Kaempf , Maureen (Michael) Baier, Kevin (Debbie), Michael (Brenda), James (Lisa) and Michelle (Armand) DaSilva. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. There will be no prior visitation. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Thursday at 9 AM at the St. Jude Center 760 Ellicott St, Buffalo, NY 14203. Please assemble at the church.
