Bill was born on October 9, 1948 in Miami, FL to parents George and Genieva (Lang) Snell and entered into eternal rest on September 8, 2015 at the age of 65. Bill served in the United States Army. He worked as a plumber and was a member of Styx Church of Christ. He was a loving man who will be missed by all who knew him.
Bill was preceded in death by his parents and brothers: Albert, Richard and Donald Snell.
Bill is survived by his wife Shirley, sons: Billy Snell and Trenda of Crandall, Johnny Snell of Alabama, Toby Davidson and Chrystal of Kemp, Tommy Snell, and Troy Snell of Kemp, daughter Stephany and Israel Ocanas of Gun Barrel City, ten grandchildren, sister Shirley Gould of Maine, brothers: Lloyd Snell and Becky of Ben Wheeler, Eddie Snell of Florida, and Larry Snell and Brenda of Kemp, numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
