

Richard Granger was born on October 8, 1984 in Paris, Tennessee to parents Richard Charles Granger and Dalicia Gale (Rion) and entered into eternal rest on June 21, 2015 at the age of 30. “Rocky” as he was known by all, graduated from Kemp High School. He loved hunting, fishing, video games, fast cars, football, track and field, working out and cooking. Rocky was a very devoted husband and member of Phalba Independent Church where he enjoyed Sunday school and Men’s Breakfast. He was also involved with a homeless shelter for women in Dallas. Rocky was a loving, giving, caring man who will be missed by all who knew him. Rocky was preceded in death by his grandfather George Granger. He is survived by his wife Nikki of Kemp, parents: Richard Charles Granger of Kemp and Gale Redd and husband Wayne of Gun Barrel City, brother David Paul Granger of Houston, sisters: Lauren Redd of Maypearl and Heather Redd of Gun Barrel City, brother Bradley Langston of Seven Points, brother- in-law Logan Baird of Austin, grandmother Cornelia “Granny” Granger, grandfather Chuck Rion of Tennessee, other family and many loving friends.
