Mrs. Lillian Sue Walker

Lillian Sue Walker, 74, of Scurry, TX died at 4:35PM, Saturday, December 19, 2015 at the Briarcliff Health Care Center of Tyler, Texas. She was born June 28, 1941 in Crawford, Texas, to Lewis and Lillie (Defoor) Reese. She was united in marriage to Walter Robert Walker on March 10, 1956, which preceded her in death.

Also surviving are her daughters Evelyn Mason and husband David of Scurry, TX, Diane Anderson and husband Kniel of Kaufman, TX, Vicki Wiggin and husband John of Jacksonville,TX, and one son Douglas Walker and wife Sherri of Kaufman, TX; nine grandchildren; twenty great-grandchildren; one sister Linda Keys and husband Walter of Mansfield, MO, and niece Tammy (Keys) French, and several cousins.

Her mother and father Lewis and Lillie Reese and husband Walter Walker preceded her in death.

Sue was a long time resident of Scurry where she lived since leaving her childhood home. She also was a faithful member of the Living Way United Pentecostal Church of Ennis, TX.

She loved gardening and working in her flower beds. She also enjoyed cooking and spending time with family and friends.

Pallbearers are Shawn Walker, Terry Mason, John Mason, Jim Couch, Chris Walker, James Hazelwood, (Kneil Anderson).
