Billy was born on November 12, 1930 in Los Angeles, CA to parents Clifton and Lola Bell (Dobbs) Clark and entered into eternal rest on August 12, 2015 at the age or 84. He served our country in The United States Army. Bill moved to the Cedar Creek area in 1974 where he was an entrepreneur in business ventures. He owned a Phillips 66 station at Hawn Freeway and 175, Green Oaks Marina and Cowboys Pawn Shop both in Seven Points. Bill was best known for being a practical joker and always picking on everybody. He was also known for being a very kind and generous man who loved his family unconditionally, especially his wife of 41 years. Their true testament of love was that they worked and traveled everyday together and still thought everyday was special. Billy was preceded in death by his parents, a son David Miles Clark, a daughter Carrie Lynn Palmer and 3 brothers. He is survived by his loving wife Sue Clark, daughter Lisa Ann Turner and fiancé Charles Gagne, son Jimmy Ray Clark, granddaughters: Lana Dawn Clark and Tiffany Lynn Vernon, grandson Micheal Wayne McMullen and wife Laura, sisters: Claudine and husband Gene Russ, Elaine Hurley, Maygene, Diane, Anita, and a host of extended family and friends.
