William Kumka

KUMKA: William (Bill). It is with great sadness that we announce that following a short stay at Kelowna General Hospital , William (Bill) Kumka passed away peacefully on Tuesday, January 18th, 2022. Bill was born on January 15, 1927 in Winnipeg, Manitoba. After many years as a master electrician for the Canadian National Railway, he retired and moved to Kelowna with his wife Bertha. Bill was a dedicated and loving husband, father and grandfather who will be missed by his family and those that knew him. He is predeceased by his wife Bertha and is survived by his sons Gary and Don and his grandchildren Kate, Alex, David and Ben.

There will be a service at First Memorial Funeral Services, 1211 Sutherland Ave, Kelowna on Wednesday, January 26th, 2020 at 1:00 PM followed by inurnment at the Kelowna Memorial Park Cemetery. All are welcome at attend.
