Raymond Goon Mon Wong

WONG: Raymond Goon Mon. It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Raymond Wong after a long battle with illness. Ray is survived by his wife Judy, daughters Sandra and Marnie(Jeff) and also grandchildren Neeka, Aya and Ranger, Step-children Vera(Brian), Tracy, Steve(Cassandra), Andrea(Jason), and their children Jonathan, Ty, Evan, Lucy, Florence, Sadie, Poppie and Cali.

Ray was born in Chung Shan China and moved to Canada at the age of 7, he lived in Vancouver with his parents Wai Bum and Quon Wong. When Ray was 19 he moved to Kelowna, where he eventually decided on the automotive industry /car sales and it became his career for many years,

Ray’s greatest joy was spending time with his grandchildren. He loved the outdoors, camping, fishing and hunting with family and great friends.

Ray will be missed by many for his loving kind- and gentle spirit.

In honour of Ray, family will hold a Celebration of Ray’s Life in the spring of 2024 for his family and friends.
