Patricia Marie Gowing (nee Fielder) was born on April 21, 1934 in Calgary, Alberta to parents Ernie and Helen Fielder, and passed away peacefully on June 17, 2021 in Kelowna, B.C at the age of 87 years.
Patricia is survived by Donald Angus Gowing, her loving and devoted husband of 67 years. She will be remembered with love by her children Dave (Peggy) Gowing, Barry (Gail) Gowing, Barb (Ted) Rud, Heather Pearson (Jeff Pauliuk), and her fifteen grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren.
Patricia will also be sadly missed by her siblings Beth Taylor, Judy Pearse, Jack (Jean) Fielder, Ted (Irene) Fielder, Bob (Linda) Fielder, Verne (Sydney) Fielder, and sister-in-law Shirley Fielder.
She was predeceased by siblings Don Fielder, Keith Fielder, Helen Duggan, and Leigh Fielder, and granddaughter Cheryl Rud.
Patricia had an outgoing personality and will be fondly remembered by the many friends she and Don met on their world travels, and by her neighbours in Delta, B.C and Peachland.
A Celebration of Life for Patricia is planned for an unspecified date later, mid-summer in Peachland B.C.
