FARROW: Joan Morgan. June 23, 1935 – December 24, 2020. “Her light has illuminated darkened paths, her gaze has lifted broken spirits and already her life has changed the course of many.” Born in Montreal, Joan took her nursing training at Toronto Sick Kids and a diploma from McGill University. Her acts of kindness and healing spread to countless children and their families. As an active longtime member of St. Michaels’s Church, Joan’s faith sustained her. She liked whimsy, adored children and always had a ready laugh. While younger, she skied, golfed and swam and when older, she loved to play Scrabble and read her books. Joan leaves behind a loving extended family and a legion of friends who were blessed by having known and loved her.
