Helen Cottrell

Helen passed away in KGH on December 26/2017 after a short illness. Helen was born in Hague, Saskatchewan in 1920. She spent her early adult years working in retail services in Saskatoon. In 1956 she married Roy Cottrell, who was in military service, & together they enjoyed several posts in Gr. Britain & Germany along with numerous military posts in Canada. They spent their retirement years in the Okanagan. She loved traveling, camping, gardening & needlework. She is survived by her husband, Roy, of 61 years, numerous nieces & nephews & friends at the Village at Mill Creek. She was predeceased by her sisters Tina Heinrichs, Margaret (Neufeld), Susie (Kasper), Mary (Cottrell) & brother Peter Heinrichs. There will be no service as per her wishes.
