Eva June Herman

HERMAN, Eva June (nee: Hurlbert) passed away suddenly and unexpectedly on January 19, 2013. Born June 11, 1930 in Rouleau, Saskatchewan, her family moved to Trail, BC in 1942. In 1949 she married Don, who then took her, in 1956, on a wild venture to live in northern BC. They remained for 17 years near Chetwynd. Eva’s city life and dream came true when they moved to Kelowna in 1973. Eva’s family meant the world to her. She was a very private lady and a dedicated wife, mother, grandmother and daughter. Her celebration of life will certainly be in heaven where she is reunited with her husband and soul-mate Don; son David; grandson Jeff and most of her immediate family members. Eva will be remembered and dearly missed by her daughter Gail (Vern) Lambourne; grandson Tim (Dana) Austin and numerous nieces and nephews. No service by her request.
