Ethel Margaret Wellington, nee Westdorp, passed away in Polson Extended Care Hospital at 11:45 am on October 11, 2022, with her daughter, Carolyn Gayle Wellington, by her side. Her only surviving sibling, Bernard James Westdorp, had travelled to Vernon to spend the night by her side. She was 103 years old. She leaves behind one son, Douglas Edward Wellington, and two daughters, Maureen Lynne Wellington and Carolyn Gayle Wellington. She had 6 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.
