It is with great sadness that the family of Erhard Erich Kempf announces his passing on June 22, 2021 at the age of 86 years. He was born May 18, 1935 in Bruhlsdorf, Posen, Poland, the son of Martha Pittlekau and Paul Kempf. He married Alicia Chavez on June 19, 1971 in Mexico City. He is survived by his loving wife, Alicia ; daughter Erika (Dean); grandchildren, Erik and Maya; sister Edeltraut, sister-in-law Edith, as well as several nieces and nephews and cousins.
Erhard was pre-deceased by his brothers Arthur and Richard.
A Funeral Service is being held on Monday, July 12, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. at Faith Lutheran Church, 250 Gibbs Rd W, Kelowna BC. Interment to follow at Lakeview Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Kidney Foundation of Canada or the Kelowna General Hospital.
