Barbara Anne Stevens

Mom was born December 30, 1941 in Basingstoke, England to Jack & Gladys Cosens. She then married Malcolm in 1968 and immigrated to Kelowna in 1973 where they raised their family.

Mom is survived by her loving family: her husband Mal Stevens, her son Mark (Jessica), daughters Jane Redden (Mark), and Anne-Marie Stevens, her sister Sandra Burden (Ron), nieces and nephews and 4 grandchildren (Jaydon, Julia, Gillian & Iain).

Mom touched the lives of many with her voice whether it was at Sunday mass at St. Theresa (Corpus Christi) for 30 years and St. Charles Garnier or other community groups: Sunrise Singers, The Kelowna International Choir & Phoenix Rising.

In lieu of flowers for Barb, donations can be made to the Central Okanagan Hospice House.

A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, September 17, 2021 at 11:00 am at Corpus Christi Catholic Parish, 750 Rutland Road North.
