Vicki Lynn Miller, born on December 20, 1952, at Carswell AFB, TX, peacefully passed away on May 5, 2024, at the age of 71 in Fort Worth, TX. Vicki died from Congestive Heart Failure and strokes. She was the beloved wife of David Miller.
Vicki was known for her independence, strong-will, artistic talents, and her loving and considerate nature. She dedicated her career as the Head Nurse for an Organ Transplant Doctor's office in Dallas, TX, showcasing her commitment to caring for others.
She leaves behind a legacy of love and kindness, survived by her husband, David Miller, her children Cody Malone (Shelley), Cassidy Coker (Jon), Dallas Miller (Schylar), and her grandchildren Maxwell Malone, Haley Trussell, Kacie Trussell, Kai Coker, and Keely Coker. Her brother David Swanner Jr. Her brothers in-law Daniel (Pam) Miller, Steven (Raluca) Miller, Patrick (Claire) Miller, Christopher (Linda) Miller, Her sisters in-law Sara (David) Geer and Rebecca Miller. Plus, several loving nieces and nephews and grand nieces and nephews. Vicki was the daughter in-law of Jerry and Joan Miller, and she was preceded in death by her parents David Swanner Sr. and Darlene Swanner.
Vicki was a graduate of North Richland Hills High School and pursued a career as a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN). Outside of work, she found joy in hobbies such as Cross Stitch, Knitting, Singing, Manicuring, E-Bay Trading, Home Schooling, and reading Stephen King novels.
A rosary/funeral service to honor and remember Vicki will be held 5/24/2024 at St. John the Apostle Catholic Church, 7341 Glenview Dr., North Richland Hills, TX 76180. The compassionate team at Keller's Old Town Funeral Home in Keller, TX, is assisting the family during this difficult time.
