My heart is with you, Carole and John.  Although I never actually met Jessica in person, I feel as if I have known her for much of her life through your wonderful stories about her and the memorable events in her life,  I will keep you in my thoughts now and always.

I met Jessica through hockey, and had played with her over many years on several teams with her and Brian.  She was always a pleasure to be around.  It seemed like she was always having fun no matter what the circumstances were and hardly ever had anything negative to say, which is something I admired and will always remember about her.  She will be greatly missed.  My deepest sympathies go to Brian and Jessica's family during this difficult time.

Mr. and Mrs. Flournoy- All of my deepest sympathy for your loss. I am an old friend of your sons and was a year ahead of Jessica at Clark.  You both raised wonderful children and I was privileged to spend many days with your lovely family. My thoughts are with you and Godspeed Jess.

I met Jess after working with Brian.  Both J and B Radd are great agents, and their respect and love for each other stood out.  I was lucky to get to know and work with Jess.  She was both kind hearted and strong.  I will miss her, and I feel for Brian and her whole family during this very hard time.

Jess was such a sweet woman. Always had the time to talk to me. I’m really going to miss her. Brian, I’m so sorry for your loss. I’m here for you and your family during this difficult time. 

I met Jessica about 4 years ago . Her and Brian hired me to paint their home .  Instantly we became friends . I am and always will be honored to call her my friend . Jess was someone everyone could and should look up to . I will miss you my friend but you will never be forgotten . See you on the other side .

I met Jess in 2008 when we were both in the USSS academy.  We were in separate training classes but crossed paths a lot and quickly became friends.  We bonded over similar interests and all the “challenges” that go along with agent training.  Jess was easy to talk to and had the kind of personality that drew you to her.  Over the years we went on various skiing and hockey trips.  I wish we could go on one more.  I have incredibly fond memories of Jess and will cherish all the time I spent with her.  I love you girl and will miss you dearly!

Jess was a great teammate, full of vibrant energy.  I will miss being on the ice with her.  My condolences to the family and everyone she made a positive impact on (which I’m sure is a on incredibly wide circle).   She will always be in my heart. Good bye Black Stars sister. 

Thank you all your precious memories shared about our  dearest  Jessica! Your thoughts /words mean more than you will know ; and describe the daughter we were privileged to love and raise !! We are grateful for your love / respect shared --- she did love her life !!

Jess and I were in training together. The moment we met, we became sister-friends - she always pushed me to do my very best in any situation. One of my favorite memories of Jess is when she first moved to CA and had me over for a sleepover during Christmas (we made Roma famous on YouTube that weekend - link: https://youtu.be/cPE8liRkKuw), or that time my dad treated us all to sushi on St. Simon’s Island for Jess’ birthday - those were some good times. I already miss our random talks and texts across country to each other - we talked about everything. We even got our LASIK done by the same doctor thanks to Jess; she always recommended the best. I will miss Jess so much and will cherish every amazing memory we had together. My heart and prayers go out to Brian and her whole family. 

Jess was a ray of sunshine for everyone around her. She had nothing but encouraging words and a warm smile for everyone she encountered whether on the ice as a hockey teammate, off the ice in community service, or just meeting someone for the first time. While a teammate, she called me “fun Mark” because in her eyes, I always seemed to be enjoying myself even when playing all out, getting hammered by bigger, better players and losing badly.  I took encouragement from her, and her genuine enthusiasm made me smile.  I guess heaven was a bit short of the quota this year on smiling angels, so the Lord called her home a bit early—much too early in my book.

Jess was my case partner in the Secret Service. As a fellow veteran, and Texan, Jess made me feel at home away from home. She always had a smile on her face, was full of solutions, rarely complained. She loved her Aggies, loved Brian, loved her dogs and lived life the way it should be lived. Big sister, you are missed.

J. Radd was a hockey friend, a great person and a teammate. Many of us in the DFW metroplex and far beyond have been touched by her encouragement, positive attitude and general fun to be around and play with. She will be missed.

It was a pleasure skating with Jess, every time, every shift! What really sticks out for me is what I don't remember about her... I don't remember any complaints, whining, negative comments or frustration exiting her lips. I don't recall a single instance of her negatively affecting anyone on or off the ice. That's something I will look up to and try my best to embody for the rest of my life... thank you Jess
