In 1981, Hal received his Master's Degree in fine arts at Claremont Grad School. In 1983, Hal received his master's degree in criminal justice at Chapman College, in Orange, CA. He went on to receive his Ph.D. in philosophy at Claremont Graduate School. Hal was a professor emeritus at CSU, Humboldt State, College of Science and Natural Resources, Department of Mathematics and computer science. He was appointed by the Montana Supreme court as sub-judge of the Justice and City Courts for Richland County. He was also the volunteer project lead for cancercurechallenge.org.
Hal loved to care for his deer on his Oregon property. He had so much love and compassion for all animals.
Harold is survived by his wife; Jean Campbell, Keller, TX, children; Andy Campbell and Jake Campbell (Samantha); grandchildren, Reagan and Kellen Campbell, siblings; Margaret Myers (Cecil), sisters-in-law; Georgia Warner (Mike) and Diane Kegley (Jerry), nieces; Amy Gange (Thomas, Madilyn, and Stanton) nephews; John Myers (Rubi), Brian Kegley, Eric Kegley (Brittany).
Harold is preceded in death by his father; Harold George Campbell Jr., mother; Pearl Campbell, Sister; Mary Jacobs, brother; Richard Campbell, Uncle; Jim Moyer and Aunt; Joyce Moyer.
